Tony Panico has been busy sharing his thought leadership on Healthcare reform, presenting on January 9 for the HFMA-NJ Physician Practice Issues Forum; January 14 for the Montville Chamber; and will hold two webinars on January 29 for both our internal staff and our Healthcare and Not-for-Profit clients and contacts. Tremendous!

Scott Mariani presented on the topic of Form 990 and Community Health Needs Assessment to the NJ Hospital Association on January 14, with great response from the audience on their appreciation of the content. Excellent!

By the way, Dave’s ERISA Sunscreen blog of the week – 401(k) Self-Audit Tool– made it to the homepage of 401khelpcenter.com recently. The blog itself has a following that has been growing steadily with around 800 views a month, and he receives multiple requests for a bottle of ERISA sunscreen… great creative marketing!

Dave also presented a webinar, “Fiduciary Checkup 2014,” with Dave Hudak from Portfolio Evaluations, Inc. and Howard Levine from Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP on January 23 to a closed-out audience of 200 people. Really great!

And a BIG CONGRATS to the staff of the NYC office, who have been awarded a Corporate Citizenship Award by the Manhattan Children’s Center for their volunteer efforts during Withum Week of Caring. They will be honored at the Seeds of Hope awards gala on April 8th. Outstanding office team work!
