Accenting Today Best Places to Work Survey

MP MessageWe are again participating in the “Best Accounting Firms to Work for” program created by Accounting Today and Best Companies Group. The program is designed to recognize outstanding places of employment within the accounting profession. As a part of the program’s process, a random selection of staff will be asked to complete the online survey which will be arriving in your e-mail inboxes today, Friday, July 25th. Please be on the lookout for the survey coming from EmployeeSurvey@BestCompaniesGroup.com with the subject: “Best Accounting Firms to Work for – Employee Survey.”

The survey is being administered by a third-party agency which will be solely responsible for tabulating your confidential ratings. Please follow the instructions and submit your completed survey no later than Friday, August 8th. (It’s generally best to do these types of tasks immediately since procrastination can lead to forgetting to do it.) The survey is optional, not mandatory.

Your honest feedback is extremely valuable to this process. We use these surveys to make improvements where necessary to our policies and procedures in the firm. We will also be doing our own in-house survey next month to further understand the morale of our firm and where there is room for improvement. You will receive more on that in the coming weeks.

The Firm did very well last year when we ranked 3rd in the large firm category, which is a great showing, and we hope to do better this year. The national rankings will be announced in December.

We all take a lot of pride in our firm and thank you, in advance, for participating in the “Best Accounting Firms to Work for” survey.
