Have you been witness to a colleague doing something really special lately? Did someone go above and beyond the call of duty for a client? Did your co-worker demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking that helped solve a client problem or office issue? Then nominate him or her for a Strength Award!
The November 15th deadline to nominate your colleagues for a Strength Award is coming up quickly. We want to hear about any non-partner staff members who demonstrate extraordinary efforts with clients, colleagues or the community. I’ve attached this year’s summary and nomination form to complete and share with your office PIC or department head. To refresh your memory, here are the six Strength Award categories:
Frederick S. Withum Special Achievement Award
Honoring and celebrating the entrepreneurial spirit and significant contributions to our Firm that assists both the Firm and the individual to achieve extraordinary success.
Leonard H. Smith Strength of Client Service Award
Putting our clients in a position of strength by providing them with service that goes above and beyond expectations.
WS+B Community Strength Award
Putting the community in a position of strength by voluntarily lending time, energy, and expertise to a community service organization.
WS+B Innovative Strength Award
Enhancing the strength of the Firm through the development and/or improvement of Firm methods, processes, and procedures.
WS+B Marketing Strength Award
Demonstrating strength and commitment to driving new business to the firm.
WS+B Administrative Strength Award
Demonstrating consistent and outstanding internal or external client service, professionalism and performance and commitment to the job that is consistently outstanding and often outside the normal scope of prescribed duties.
- There is a limit of one (1) nominee per office/department, per category.
- Individuals may only be nominated for one category.
Strength Award nominees and winners will be announced at the State of the Firm event scheduled for January 12th, 2014 (mark your calendars). We look forward to honoring our best and brightest!
