• Litigation Services Partners and Practice Leaders Bill Morrison and Tom Hoberman presented at the National Law Institute-hosted program on “Business Valuation and Financing” on November 19 at Poplar Bank in the Wall Street district. The following day, SALT Partner and Team Leader Barry Horowitz and Financial Services Partner and Practice Leader Tony Tuths presented on “Determining Residency” for the National Law Institute members, hosted by Bank of America. Great team work!

• Sarah Cirelli, Interactive Marketing Manager, presented on social media topics at the Middlesex Chamber’s Women’s Leadership Summit on November 13, with Partner and Withum’s WLDI Operational Committee Chair Taryn Bostjancic emceeing the program as Chair of the event committee. Well done!

• Life Sciences niche member and Partner Bob Hutchins was on a panel for the Launch NJ Life Sciences Hub: Valuing Each Other’s Expertise event on December 8. Well done!
• The Litigation team was out in full force on December 5 with Tom Hoberman, Partner and Practice Leader, Tom Reck, Partner and Team Leader, Nicole Lyons, Senior Manager, and Carleen Gaskin, Senior Manager, presenting a “Finance and Business Valuations” CLE program for lawyers, hosted and promoted by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE). Bill Morrison was also part of a panel of judges on December 6 on “Modifications of Alimony” as part of an ICLE program. Another great team performance!
• Technology Services Partner and Practice Leader Jim Bourke presented a session during the day-long live streaming Ensuring Success 2014 conference on December 4 hosted by CPA Practice Advisor on “Internal Controls: Accounting for Reimbursable Expenses.” Jim also presented December 9-10 at the AICPA conference in Washington, DC, with two programs, “Digital Signatures – Is the Profession ready?” and “CIO’s view on the Role of IT in a Digital Firm.” Nice job!
