Tomorrow, you will be receiving an e-mail inviting you to participate in an Employee Satisfaction Survey via a web-based service called “Survey Monkey”.
The survey is confidential and anonymous. The results are not tied to any ranking or award. The intent of this survey is to obtain honest, constructive feedback regarding your experience here at Withum. We review and summarize this data, and then share the results at the partners retreat for discussion.
Similar to staff evaluations and how important constructive feedback is to your individual development and growth, we view the feedback from this survey to be just as important to the development and growth of the firm itself. We instituted a number of new programs as a result of the responses from these surveys in past years, so please take advantage of this opportunity to provide us with your honest thoughts and opinions. Our goal is to work together to make our firm an even better place for our professional careers.
