This week, I’d like to share about a few recent accolades which recognize important aspects of our culture.
With tax season now behind us, this time of year serves as a good reminder that our clients are the core reason why we are a thriving professional services firm. They need and require the services we provide, but choose to remain Withum clients.
As we mentioned at the State of the Firm this past January, we have opportunities for our team members to apply for positions throughout the firm. Some of our team members have applied to different offices, different practice areas, and different departments within the firm.
Memorial Day is one of our nation’s oldest and most significant holidays, born solely of our shared American heritage. We set aside this day for remembrance and gratitude of those brave men and women who gave their lives while serving in the military to protect our beloved country.
As our firm continues to grow with new team members being added to our roster practically every week, discussions on sensitive topics such as harassment and diversity become even more relevant and critical. With this in mind, the Talent Management Department will be announcing the roll out of trainings on these very important topics later today.
As a follow up to last week’s MP message about the launch of the firm’s Innovation Council, I’d like to share about another new initiative to assist in the continued growth of our firm and its culture, the Team Member Advisory Board.
